Meet Reggie Garcia, Chief Liaison Officer
Reggie Garcia has been part of the team for eight years, providing vital operations support — including leading the latest technology initiatives — to our firm. As Chief Liaison Officer, he combines his dedication to firm clients with his outreach efforts to build strong relationships with other professionals in the community.
Reggie has been instrumental in launching and coordinating the firm-sponsored 5K race – now in its sixth year – to benefit the University of Louisville Music School. In past years, the event has raised over $5K for scholarships.
He manages the HR function for the office … including firm benefits, payroll, PTO, and other employee-centric offerings. He also serves as president of the owners’ association where the firm’s headquarters has been located since 2018.
Outside the office, he is president of the Tri-Loco Triathlon Club, whose members earned the honor of national champions in 2015; he coordinates the firm’s commitment to this non-profit and its goal of building awareness for physical fitness.

Previously, Reggie spent 20+ years in the food and beverage business for industry leaders — including Papa John’s, Dominos, Coca Cola, and Nabisco — where he held territory management, sales and marketing, and customer service positions.
