Meet Reggie Garcia, Operations Manager / Client Concierge
Reggie Garcia has been part of the team for almost seven years, providing vital operations support to our firm and concierge service to our clients. He is in the forefront of our dedication to the latest technology and other vital, third-party relationships.
He is often on the frontlines of incoming calls to the firm, directing clients to the best Triplett & Carothers resource and scheduling client meetings including phone calls, conference calls, and in-person appointments. He manages the HR function for the team comprising firm benefits, payroll, PTO, and other employee-centric offerings.
Reggie organizes and coordinates much of the firm’s community involvement and outreach to clients, colleagues and referral sources. He was instrumental in launching the firm-sponsored 5K race – now in its fourth year – to benefit the University of Louisville Music School. Past years have raised over $5K for scholarships. He is also the president of Tri-Loco Triathlon Club, which earned the honor of national champions in 2015; there, he coordinates the firm’s commitment to this non-profit and its goal to building awareness for physical fitness.
Previously, he spent 20+ years in the food and beverage business for industry leaders — including Papa Johns, Dominos, Coca Cola and Nabisco — where he held territory management, sales and marketing, and customer service positions.
