About Us

Three Decades of Experience

Rosalyn Carothers has been practicing law in Louisville and Southern Indiana since 1990. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville, where she received two Bachelor’s Degrees in music and her law degree. Roz focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and asset protection.

In 2018, she formed an association with Charlie Triplett of Triplett Law Office to create Triplett & Carothers, formalizing a business relationship with a trusted colleague of ten years. Charlie’s son Scott joined his dad in 2016 as a probate attorney, after ten years or experience with various law firms in Louisville, and remains focused on probate law at the firm today.

Our offices in Louisville, Kentucky and Floyds Knobs, Indiana are staffed by our skilled, dedicated, and caring legal professionals who work diligently to simplify the complexities of life and death decisions.
