Kim Weddington is responsible for assembling the client trust binders and the will folders for our estate planning clients. She is also the funding paralegal for funding trusts. She gets the work done for our clients with maximum efficiency.

Kim graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1979, with a degree in elementary education, and moved to Dallas, TX, where she became a real estate paralegal for a large firm. She has worked in the legal profession ever since then.

She joined Triplett & Carothers in March 2022. She lives with her husband and enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, and reading. Thanks Kim for all you do.
