Charlie Triplett — the original name partner in Triplett & Carothers — passed away recently and he will certainly be missed. His contributions to his clients and the legal community were abundant and noteworthy.
“I first came to work with Charlie in 2008 and in 2018 we formed an official association to create Triplett & Carothers, formalizing a business relationship between our two firms,” recalls Roz Carothers.
“I particularly remember his legal acumen and far-reaching knowledge of everything related to real estate law; that was always a huge asset in estate planning for our clients.”
Charlie’s son Scott continues his practice in both our Kentucky and our Indiana offices.
Charles Lee Triplett, Jr., 73, died April 1, 2024 in his home in Louisville, KY, surrounded by family, after a long battle with leiomyosarcoma. See the full obituary here.
