Meet Madison Hook

We welcomed Madison Hook as an associate attorney at Triplett & Carothers in the fall of 2025. She primarily focuses her practice on estate planning, where she works closely with individuals and families to create thoughtful, personalized plans that provide clarity and peace of mind.

In addition to her estate planning practice, Madison has experience in business transactions, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and probate law, allowing her to provide well-rounded counsel tailored to her clients’ broader goals. Madison is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Indiana and is a member of both the Kentucky and Indiana Bar Associations.

Madison earned her Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. She received her Juris Doctor, also with honors, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. During law school, she was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review, served as Notes Editor of the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law, and participated in the Elder Law Clinic, where she assisted clients with their estate planning needs.

A native of Louisville, Madison lives with her husband, Kyle, and their dogs, Honey and Captain. Outside the office, she likes to spend time with friends and family, play pickleball, and read novels.
